After 2010 spent regularly at the physio, it looks like 2011 is going to be the same : I hope not !
My doctor said I had some troubles with my hips, so it's physio, and more exams and then we shall see !

Still, I am going back country skiing this weekend with a friend !

I am working (still !) on my apartment: the electricity and pipes for heating.

I had back problems, but it's getting better. Thanks to my sports doctor who send me to a physio.

I will be back in sport in Jan. next year, till then I've started Yoga (1st time 29th Nov.).

I am back at my constuction site (my appartment) while doing a new web site for a friend.

My back has been hurting for a week ... but I am still going to wander around this weekend.
